Sea of Thieves developer Rare recently opened a poll on their Twitter page for players to vote on a new figurehead to be added into the game. The theme was games of the past, where the company wanted to pay tribute to previous games in their catalogue. The players have voted and decided Banjo-Kazooie deserved to be immortalised on the bow of their ships.

Titled ‘Desolation of Mordor’, the story expansion allows players to take control of Baranor, the Captain of Minas Ithil and survivor of the city’s demise. Using a host of new abilities players can command the forces of Man as they take on the dealy Orc hordes.

Spanish developer Linceworks has revealed an expansion pack to their excellent stealth game Aragami, named Nightfall. A prequel to the main game, Nightfall follows shadow assassins Hyo and Shinobu as they go after the mysterious ‘Alchemist’ in one last mission to bring back a long-lost companion.

Red Faction Guerrilla was originally released in 2009 and did pretty well for itself. THQ Nordic has today announced that they will be releasing a remastered version of the game, titled Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered Edition for release on consoles and PC.
