Halo-inspired Ship Customisations Available in Sea of Thieves

To (presumably) celebrate the announcement of Halo Infinite, Rare is gifting Sea of Thieves players a Halo-inspired Spartan cosmetic set for their ships.

To aquire this pretty awesome set, you’ll either need to login to Sea of Thieves on the Xbox One or PC before 23:59 on Saturday the 15th of June or if you’re lucky enough to be at E3 this year, you can obtain it by taking part in an Arena battle on the E3 show floor.

The set contains cosmetic changes for your ship, consisting of a new hull paint job, flag, sails as well as a Master Chief-esque figurehead. Don’t panic if it doesn’t show up in your inventory straight away, Rare has tweeted to say it could take up to 72 hours to appear.

Among the replies to the original Tweet, Randy Pitchford, co-founder of Gearbox, asked if the company would be interested in collaborating to create a Borderlands set – for the fans, of course. So who knows, we might start to see more cosmetics in the future based on other popular titles.

We’d love to see your ships in action, why not post your screenshots of the new set in action in the comments below!
