EA Brings its Subscription Service to PlayStation 4

EA’s premium subscription service, EA Access, is coming to the PlayStation 4 this July.

Already available on the Xbox One and the PC through the company’s own Origin service, the subscription service will soon be available to PlayStation 4 players.

“As we continue to invest in digital and subscription services, bringing great games to even more players across more platforms is an exciting opportunity for everyone,” said Matt Bilbey, Executive VP of Strategic Growth. “Our goal is to give players more choice to try and play our games wherever and however they choose, and we’re happy to bring EA Access to PlayStation 4.”

A subscription to the EA Access service allows players to give new games a try with the “Try First” service as well as a 10% discount on EA titles. In addition, it also gives players access to a growing number of EA titles, much like Xbox’s own Games Pass.

The monthly subscription will set you back $4.99 a month or you can opt for a yearly plan for $29.99 (sorry, no UK prices at the moment). EA Access on the PlayStation 4 will launch this July. For more infomration, you can check out the official website using the source link below.
